CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-84
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION
OF NON -CONSERVATION TAX FORFEITED LAND
WITHIN THE CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, the County of Hennepin has forwarded to the attention
of the City of Medina a list of current tax forfeited lands; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina deems it in
the public interest to approve the following tax forfeited parcel
as non -conservation land, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Medina, Minnesota that Parcel No. 13-118-23-22-0015 be approved
as non -conservation tax forfeited land as classified by the
Hennepin County Land Department.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Ann Thies and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
John Ferris, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against: None.
and the following were absent: James Johnson.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this
20th day of December , 1994.
