CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-85
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
TAX FORFEITED LAND TO THE CITY OF MEDINA
FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina has adopted a
resolution approving the classification of tax forfeited land as
non -conservation land; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina deems it
proper and for a public purpose to request conveyance of this non -
conservation tax forfeited land to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Medina, Minnesota that the County Commissioners of the County of
Hennepin are hereby requested to convey to the City of Medina the
following tax forfeited land for public use: P.I.D. No. 13-118-23-
22-0015.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Ann Thies and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
John Ferris, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against: None.
and the following were absent: James Johnson.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this
20th day of December , 1994.
