Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:16p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

Mayor ProTem Yu made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist for
cause. Seconded by Councilmember Fish.

City Council reconvened at 7:25 p.m. with all Councilmembers present.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session to
receive a briefing from City Manager Cook on Closed Session Item 4A,
Conference with Labor Negotiator (Temple City Employee Association) and
48, Conference with Labor Negotiator (Unrepresented General, Confidential
and At-Will Employees). City Council gave direction to City Manager Cook
on 4A and 48. There is no other reportable action.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session to
discuss Closed Session Item 4C and gave City Attorney directions. There is
no other reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
