resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-01
RESOLUTION APPOINTING WATERSHED
COMMISSIONERS AND ALTERNATES
WHEREAS, the watershed management commissions are required to
notify the Board of Water and Soil Resources of member appointments
and vacancies; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has published a notice of
vacancies for watershed commissioners and alternates as required by
law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Medina, Minnesota that the following persons be re -appointed to
their respective commissions:
Elm Creek Watershed Management Commissioner
Alternate
Pioneer -Sarah Creek Watershed Commissioner -
Alternate -
- Bill Waytas
- Terry Bender
Donald Johnston
Mary Ann Huseth
Minnehaha Creek Watershed Commissioner - Philip Zietlow
Mayor

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Ferris and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Ann Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against: None.
and the following were absent: James Johnson.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this
7th day of February , 1995.
