PC3T OFFICE HOX 3 5 WEST PALM BEACH, 33402-3475 WILL, CALL 85 C JAN -23-1996 11:11am 96-023250 1 ORB 1111a1011s 1 11 i11 11517 NO. 94/2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM; WHEREAS, pursuant Chapter 171, Florida Statutes (1993), the Town Commission may annex any lands adjoining the territorial boundaries of said municipality upon the petition of the owner or owners ther—if • ?. d WHEREAS, the FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("FIND"), has filed a petition with the Town of Gulf Stream requesting that the land described therein be annexed to the territorial limits of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida; and WHEREAS, said annexation is subject to the terms of a Development and Annexation Agreement between the Town of Gulf Stream and the Florida Inland Navigation District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The parcel of land. owned by the FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT, more particularly described in attached Exhibit "A", is hereby annexed and incorporated into the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, with the same force and effect as though same had originally been incorporated into the territorial boundaries thereof. Said property shall be annexed subject to the terms of the Development and Annexation Agreement between the parties. Section 2. The parcel of land herein described. shall. }e subject to all of the ordinances, regulations and codes of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida. Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval, as provided by law.
