constitute a nuisance,
WHEi~AS, in light of sai_d finding, this Council adoptedT
a resalution c~eclarir~g i~s intention to conduct a public heari_ng
~o ascertain whether a nuisance is being maintained on said

all interested persons desiring to be heard concerning the

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of LynvTood
d~es hereby find, determine, order and resolve as fcllows
Section 1. The property described as The westerly
one-half of Lot 817, Tract 3078,
and generally kno~vn as 35~-0 Virginia Avenue, Lynwood, California,
is hereby found and declared to be a public nuisance ~.s defined
in Se~tior~~_22--A 2_ of Ltie Lynwood City Code
Section 2 lhe articular conditions of said }

which a.re hereby Found a~d determined to constitute a nuisance
are described as follows

18 Sectior~ 6 In the event the City of Lynwood causes
1g the aforementioned nuisance to be abated by City personnel or
20 private contract, the owner of the premises shall be liable to
2I said City for all costs of such abatement, including all adminis-
22 trative costs. All said costs shall con ~itu~e a special assess-
2,~3 ment abainst the subject property
2~ Section 7. The City Clerk is authorized and directed
25 to post conspicuously at least one copy of this resolution on the
26 subject property and to send another copy of this resolution by
27 regi.stered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt
2S requested, to the owner of the land as his name and address
29 appear on the last equalized assessment roll or is known to the
30 Ci.ty Clerk.
31 The f ailure of any owner or other person to receive
32 su.ch notice shall not affect in any manner the validity of any
