AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE GENERAL
FUND FINAL MILLAGE RATE FOR THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM FOR
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON OCTOBER 1, 1998 AND ENDING ON
SEPTEMBER 30, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA THAT:
SECTION 1. The Town Commission does hereby adopt its final
millage rate of 4.0424 mills to be levied for the General Fund upon
all real and tangible personal property located within the
boundaries of the above named taxing authority.
SECTION The final levy of 4_._0.424 mills is equal to the
rolled -back rate,
SECTION 3. This final millage rate of 4.0424 is for the
calendar year 1998 to fund the expenses for the fiscal year
commencing October 1, 1998 and ending September 30, 1999.
SECTION 4. All other Ordinances of the Town of Gulf Stream,
Florida or parts thereof which conflict with this or any part of
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION S. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in a regular, adjourned session on first
reading this loth day of September. 1998, and for a second and
final reading on this 22nd day of September. 1998.
