A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN
OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, PRO-
VIDING FOR PRORATION OF ASSESSMENT COSTS FOR THE
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT INSTALLATIONS WITH-
IN THE "AREA" DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER.
WHEREAS, the Town Commission for the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida
did, on July 13, 1973, adopt Resolution No. 11-73 providing for the
Installations of certain DRAINAGE FACILITIES, CATCH BASINS together
with APPURTENANCES necessary and in conjunction therewith, all being
within the area described as:
That part of Gulf Stream Road commencing at a point
300 ft south of Banyan Road and extending northerly
therefrom to Old School Road; also that part of Ban-
yan Road lying between said Gulf Stream Road and Ole-
ander Way; and that part of Oleander Way extending
northerly from Banyan Road for a distance of 100 ft.
WHEREAS, the Town Commission did determine that the entire cost
of such Drainage Facilities Improvements shall be shared by the Town
of Gulf Stream, Florida, and the following described properties in
the Town of Gulf Stream, on a basis of the Town of Gulf Stream paying
fifty (50) percent of the total cost thereof and the owners of said
described properties paying fifty (50) percent of said total cost,
by Special Assessment:

WHEREAS, the Town Commission did provide, following legal adver-
tisement to all concerned, for a Public Hearing to be held in the
Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., on the 10th
day of August, 1973, for the purpose of hearing objections, if any,
to said proposed improvements set forth hereinabove, and determined
a basis for sharing the total cost thereof, as outlined herein, and
NO objections being received to such cost sharing program at said
Public Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION of the Town
of Gulf Stream, Florida, that the individual Special Assessments a-
gainst the benefitted properties, as shown on the "ASSESSMENT ROLL"
attached hereto and forming a part hereof, shall be and remain liens
thereon until paid. Payment of said assessments shall be made at the
Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida, within three (3) months from the
date of special assessments upon said lots or parcels of land as shown
on the attached assessment roll.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Commission shall sit in
the Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida at 9:00 o'clock A.M., on the
14th day of December, 1973'for the purpose o£ hearing objections,
if any, to said Assessment Roll.
PASSED and ADOPTED in regular session on this 9th day of
November, 1973.
