A RESOLUTION OF THE TO14N COMMISSION OF THE TOWN
OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RE-
LEASING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM A RESTRICTED CATAGORY
TO UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE.
Now be it resolved that per the General Fund Audit Report
for the year ended September 30th 1973, the restricted fund
balance of $25,676.00 is hereby released from a restricted
status and is hereby transferred to the unappropriated fund
balance. This action has the approval of the Town's Auditors,
Himes and Himes C.P.A.'s.
