RESOLUTION NO 72-34
RESOLUTION OF 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ORDERING THE VACATION OF AN
.EAS`EMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES PURPOSES
The. City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby resolves;
orders and determines as follows
Section 1

The City Council of the City of Lynwood
of February, 1972, adopt Resolution No
intention to vacate an easement forpublic
The easement is as described in 'Exhibit
and made a part hereof by reference
Section 3 Said easement is hereby ordered vacated
Section 4 Upon the making of this order, title to
the. land previously subject to easement reverts to the owner
of the land free from the rights of the public in the manner set

forth in Government Code Section 50444
