RESOLUTION NO. 75-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION
OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR
PRORATION OF ASSESSMENT COSTS FOR THE
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT INSTALLATIONS
WITHIN THE "AREA" DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER.
WHEREAS, the Town Commission for the Town of Gulf
Stream, Florida, did, on
adopt Resolution No.
providing for the installations of certain DRAINAGE
FACILITIES, CATCH BASINS together with APPURTENANCES necessary
and in conjunction therewith, all being within the area describzd
as:
A portion of Polo Drive commencing at
the intersection of Old School Road and
running south along Polo Drive for a
distance of 330 feet and being also that
portion of Polo Drive lying between Lots
5, 6 and 7 of Block 2 and Lots 6 and 7 of
Block 3 all of Polo Fields subdivision
according to Plat on file in Plat Book
26, Page 13 of Palm Beach County Records.
WHEREAS, the Town Commission did determine that the
entire cost of such Drainage Facilities Improvements shall be
shared by the Town of Gulf Steam, Florida, and the following
described properties in the Town of Gulf Stream, on a basis of
the Town of Gulf Steam paying fifty (50%) percent of the total
cost thereof and the owners of said described properties paying
fifty (50%) percent of said total cost, by Special Assessment.

WHEREAS, the Town Commission did provide, following
legal advertisement to all concerned, for a Public Hearing to be
held in the Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida, at
on the
for the purpose of hearing obj
if any, to said proposed improvements set forth hereinabove,
and determined a basis for sharing the total cost thereof,
as outlined herein, and NO objections being received to such
cost sharing program at said Public Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION
of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, that the individual Special
Assessments against the benefitted properties, as shown on the
"ASSESSMENT ROLL" attached hereto and forming a part hereof, shall
be and remain liens thereon until paid. Payment of said
assessments shall be made at the Town Hall in Gulf Stream,
Florida, within three (3) months from the date of special
assessments upon said lots or parcels of land as shown on the
attached assessment roll.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Commission shall
sit in the Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida, at

objections, if any, to said Assessment Roll.
