• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ..COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ .
. LYNWOOD AMENDING .THE GENERAL PLAN BY ADOPTING AN
• INTERIM OPEN SPACE AND ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Planning Commission, .did on May
9, 1972, hold a public hearing'on the adopt ion. of an amendment
to the General Plan;
WHEREAS,. said Commission ,adopted Resolution No. .490
approving and recommending to the City Council adoption of. the
"Interim Open Space and Etwironmental Element to the General ~.
• Plan of the City of .Lynwood';';
. WHEREAS,, the City Council has carefully considered
all pertinent testimony offered in the .case; as presented at the
public hearing;-ands
A ~ WHEREAS; the City Council is required by law to adopt
~an Open Space Element to the General Plan in order to..conserve
and maintain an environmental quality of the highest standard. '
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,-that the City Council
of thee. City of Lyn.wo.od hereby orders, and approves an amendment •
to the: General Plan of the~City.of Lynwood, California,.entit.led:
