RESOLUTION -0F THE CITY` .COUNC.IL OP THE .CITY OF ~ ~ `

MEETINGS OF THE.. PERSONNEL, BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 2.`25~of the Lynwood City Code authorizes
the Gty` Council to app-rove and/or amend personnel rules and
~•re~gulations; subject to' the prior approval of the City Attorney
.; _as to the. legality thereof; and, - .
.~~ 'WHEREAS, pursuant to said authority, .this Councl'has
previously~ado,pted Resolution No, .2843 .establishing personnel ~~
rules and regulations for the'City of~Lynwood,'and,' -
' . ~ WHEREAS, it' is the desire of this Council to amend
