MINUTES
OF
NOVEMBER 1, 1988
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted on October 28, 1988, Chairman
Swain called the meeting of the Temple City Redevelopment
Agency to order at 8:05 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Atkins, Gillanders, Froehle and
Swain
Absent: Member Breazeal
Also Present: General Counsel Martin and Asst. Executive
Director Dawson
Mr. Froehle moved to excuse Mr. Breazeal's absence for good
cause, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and unanimously approved.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Meeting of October 18, 1988
On motion by Mr. Froehle, seconded by Mr. Gillanders, the
Minutes of the regular meeting of October 18, 1988 were
approved as written, with Chairman Swain abstaining.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 345: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr. Gillanders moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 345
allowing claims and demands in the amount of $1,256.25,
seconded by Mr. Atkins and unanimously carried.
6. COMMUNICATIONS: None
7. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK:
William Bretz, 8723 E. Hermosa, stated the Concerned Citi-
zens group appreciated the Agency's consideration and hoped
this consideration would continue to be given to the Group
and other residents in the area. Mr. Bretz also thanked
the three Agency Members who publicly spoke against condem-
nation.

8. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS: None
9. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Atkins, seconded by Mr. Froehle, the
meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M. The next regular meeting of
the Temple City Redevelopment Agency will be held Tuesday,
November 15, 1988.
