CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-20
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE
1994 UBC FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, Zoning Administrator Loren Kohnen has recommended that the city
council adopt the 1994 UBC Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the new fee schedule would replace the 1985 UBC Fee Schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that the 1994 UBC Fee Schedule be adopted, effective
immediately.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Jim Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
Ii favor thereof: John Ferris, Johnson, Thies, Phil Zietlow, and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
and the following were absent: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
