HomeMy Public PortalAbout1995-021i Member Philip Zietlow introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.95-21 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO ROBERT PEPIN WHEREAS, Robert Pepin (the "Applicant") has requested approval to plat his property of approximately 37 acres located near Lake Peter and Pioneer Trail; and WHEREAS, the planning commission reviewed the Applicant's preliminary plat for its conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city and following a public hearing on November 9, 1994, recommended granting preliminary approval to said plat; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has now submitted a final plat which is in conformance with all requirements of preliminary plat approval and the ordinances of the city. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval for the plat of the Applicant's property is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. The justification for allowing the creation of a lot which does not meet the minimum lot size requirement is that it is an existing site located between Lake Peter and Pioneer Trail and the Applicant has no adjacent land to add to it; 2. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of approval of this resolution or this resolution shall be null and void; and 3. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application. Dated: June 6 , 1995. Anne E.
