A RESOhUTION OI1, ~l'17L; 'CITY COUNCIL OF ~1~IIIJ CI':I'Y 'OF
LYNWOOD DECLARING..ITS INTI~~NTION '.l:'0 ORDER VACA`I'LOI~T
OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
been petitioned by Jesse Lee Taylor to consider relinquishment of
an easement on portions of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Tract 10978, 521~I
Elmwood and 11108. Duncan -Avenue, in the Cite of. L~,mwood, Ca7_iforna,
and
WHEREAS, the City no longer requires this easement for
utility purposes,, .and _, ,. -
WHEREAS,-~~there is no other public utility within the
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE," the City Council of the City of Lynwood
resolves as follows:
Section 1'. It i~ the intention of the City Council of
-- the. City of_Lynwood to vacate all of the easement hereafter
described.
Section 2. The easement `~praposed ~=to ~be vacated is
described in Exhibit "A" attached to this resolution and made a
part hereof by reference. A map or plan showing the location of
easement is on file in the office of~the City Clerk and reference i.s
made to said map or plan for further particulars.
Section 3. ~On September 5, 1972, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon
thereafter .aFs ,the ~ matter can; be -heard ,in ~ the Council Chambers of
Cty4.,Ha11, 11330.: Bul-,l~.s Road Lynwood, C~.liforna, a public .hearing
will be held If the City Council finds from the evidence submitted

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT, EXHIBIT "A"
An easement affe.ctin_g the portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Tract 10978, being the easterly 122.45 feet of .Lot 1, except the
easterly two (2) feet and the northerly two .(2) feet of the
easterly 122.45 feet of Lot.2, except the easterly two (2) feet
of said lot, for the purpose of water easements, all within the
City of Lynwood.
