RESOLUTION N0. -72-91
.RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
- CITY OF LYNWOOD ORDERING THE VACATION
OF AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
. ~ -PURPOSES
The City Council of the. City of ,Lynwood hereby resolves
orders .and determines as fo.llow,s:
Section 1. The City ,Council of the City of :Lynwood
did -on the 15th day of August, 1872, adopt Resolution N~..
72-86 declaring its ;intention to vacate an easement for public
utility purposes. ~.
Se-coon 2. The .easement is as described in
Exhibit.'!A" attached hereto and made .a part hereof by. reference:
Section 3. Said easement is,hereby ordered vacated.
. Section 4. Upon. the .making of this order, ttle-
to the land previously subject to easement. reverts to the.
ow.ne'r"",` of the land free from the rights of the .public in the ,
