CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-22
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF WALDEN
ACRES
WHEREAS, Dennis Hecker (the "Applicant") previously received preliminary approval
of a plat of his property to be known as Walden Acres; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has now submitted the plat for final approval; and
WHEREAS, the final plat of Walden Acres has been reviewed and found to be in
conformance with the ordinances of the city and the terms and conditions of preliminary plat
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval for Walden Acres is hereby granted, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of
approval of this resolution or the approval hereby granted by the city council shall
be null and void; and
2. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary
to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Philip
Zietlow and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, James Johnson, Ann Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
