TO THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
THE CT,TY COUNCIL.:OE.THE.CITY OF LYNWOOD_.DOES~FIND,. DECLARE..,
. AND RESOLVE;. AS: FOLLOWS
It is:,hereb_y.found and determined that„the following,
'~` ~ categories of development~canngt have a significant impact
on the enviroment:
A. In any: single: family residential zone.
1):> Additions and alterations to existing single
family residential.struetures and garages, which additions
and alteration :. will, comply with other regulatory ordinances.
2)Fences,- patios,. swimming pools and other incidental
structures-which:-otherwise comply with-other regulatory.

facilities.-on.:.any:-lot..in a recorded subdivision or tract where
