RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
Be it resolved that the Medina Police Department enter into a
grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety,
Office of Traffic Safety for the project entitled "SAFE AND SOBER
COMMUNITIES," during the period from October 1, 1995 through
September 30, 1996.
Rick Rabenort, Chief of Police for the Medina Police
Department, is hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are
necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of Medina
Police Department.
Be it further resolved that Sheriff Pat McGowan, Hennepin
County Sheriff Department, is hereby authorized to be the fiscal
agent and administer this grant on behalf of the Medina Police
Department.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the Medina
City Council, of the City of Medina, Minnesota, on July 5, 1995.
