RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ORDERING THE VACATION OF AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby resolves,
orders and determines as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the city of Lynwood
did on the 18th day of October, 1972, adopt Resolution No. 72-105
declaring its intention to vacate an easement for public utility
purposes.
Section 2. The easement to be vacated is described
as an easement affecting the exterior boundaries for the purpose
of pole lines and conduits on Lots 122, 123 and 124, Tract 2551,
recorded in Book 6586, page 285 of Deeds, all within the City
of Lynwood, California.
Section 3. Said easement is hereby ordered vacated.
Section 4. Upon the making of this order, title to
the land previously subject to easement reverts to the owner
of the land free from. the rights of the public in the manner
.~ set forth in Government Code Section 50444,
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st of November, 1972.
