County..of.Los Angeles 'and the City .does hereby..re.que.st: the

Attorney: 'of .Los_ Ang.eaes .County h.e .se.rv.i.ces ~ of City • Prosecutor
in respect. to the enforcement in all. courts of this State of
all municipal .penal ordinances of the City and also in.resp.ect
to consultation and advice on the filing of said complaints
and in res:p.ect. ao ~t.he p.rep'arat.ion of criminal .complaints.
