CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-24
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL
FOR THOMAS A. DEBROWSKI AND VICKEY R.
DEBROWSKI
WHEREAS, Thomas Debrowski and Vickey Debrowski (the "Applicants") have requested
a replat of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Tuckborough Farms, according to the plat thereof on file in
Hennepin county; and
WHEREAS, this matter was reviewed by the planning commission on June 13, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the proposed replat for its conformance with
city ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that preliminary plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicants' proposed plat,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The preliminary plat approval is subject to the vacation of the drainage and utility
easements along the common lot line of the former Lots 2 and 3; and
2. The final plat must be in substantial compliance with the preliminary plat; and
3. Final plat approval must be requested within 180 days of the date of this
resolution; and
4. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount sufficient
to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Anne Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, James Johnson, Ann Thies, and Mayor Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Absent: Philip Zietlow
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
