Present were Chairman Tom Finan, Bill Well and Dale Fuller. Bill Stoeckert and Jeff Roy were absent Also present were Ex-Officio members, Chief Scott MacDonald and Ron Collins, as well as Deputy Chief Sean Diamond. This was a meeting of the Police Station Designer and Owner's Project Manager Interview & Selection Committee. Committee makeup: Police Station Building Committee, Police Chief, and Facilities/Project Manager(total 7) Guests: None Public Comment: There was no public comment. Approval of Minutes: On a motion made by Mr. Fuller, seconded by Mr. Weil, the minutes of the June 4, 2015 meeting were approved 3-0-0. Submission Requirements and Minimum Qualification Analysis Three (3) Design Architects responded to the RFQ: • The Carell Group • DiMarinisi &Wolfe Associates • Kaestle Boos Associates Committee members had been reviewing the documentation since it was received on June 12, 2015. It was decided that all three submissions met the requirements. Mr. Collins will notify them and schedule interviews for June 22 &June 23, 2015. Mr.Collins discussed the Designer Comparative Evaluation Process in preparation for the interviews. On a motion by Mr. Fuller, seconded by Mr.Well and a vote of 3-0-0,the committee voted to adjourn - 1:50 PM.
