RESOLUTION NO. 14-8803
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA, TO AUTHORIZE THE
CITY MANAGER TO UTILIZE THE PROPERTY AT 13210
ALEXANDRIA DRIVE AS GREEN SPACE; PROVIDING
FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS;PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Opa-locka ("City") owns property located at 13210 Alexandria
Drive; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission desires to utilize the property as green space.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka, Florida, hereby directs and
authorizes the City Manager to utilize the City-owned property located at 13210 Alexandria Drive as
green space.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14t1i day of May, 2013.
