WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moab
held a public hearing at a regular Council meeting on June 20,
1978 for the purpose of amending the budget for the fiscal year
commencing on July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978; and
WHEREAS, upon explanation of the proposed amended budget
revised to show adjustments within some departments but to show
no change in the overall amount of the budget, the Moab City Council
unanimously adopted the proposed amended budget as presented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the
meeting held June 20, 1973, be, and the same are, hereby ordered
to show the adoption of the amended budget for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1978 as presented to the Mayor and City Council.
