2. The final lot division/combination must be in substantial compliance with the
preliminary approval; and
3. The Supels and Lundells must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount
sufficient to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Ann Thies and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
John Ferris, Johnson, Thies, Philip Zietlow, and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
