HomeMy Public PortalAbout1995-040" Member James Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 95-40 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO THOMAS SUPEL AND THOMAS LUNDELL FOR A LOT DIVISION/COMBINATION WHEREAS, Thomas Supel and Mary Supel are the fee owners of property legally described as the North 10 acres of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, EXCEPT the Westerly 2 rods thereof, Section 14, Township 118, North Range 23, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, Thomas Lundell and Mary Lundell are the fee owners of property legally described as Lot 3, Block 2, Windance, according to the plat thereof in Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Supels and Lundells have proposed a lot division/combination of their properties; and WHEREAS, this matter was reviewed by the planning commission on August 8, 1995; and WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the proposed lot division/combination for its conformance with city ordinances. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is hereby granted to the proposed lot division/combination, subject to the following conditions: 1. The preliminary approval is subject to the vacation of the drainage and utility easements along the southern border of the Lundell property; RHB94310 ME230-228 R 2. The final lot division/combination must be in substantial compliance with the preliminary approval; and 3. The Supels and Lundells must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application. Dated: September 19 , 1995.
