Ordinance No. 99/1: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AND ENACTING AN UPDATED AND REPRODUCED CODE FOR THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES NOT INCLUDED THEREIN; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THYE VIOLATION THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF AMENDING SUCH CODE; AND PROVIDING WHEN SUCH CODE AND THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
