An application submitted by Shane Ames as Agent for Uhel Polly and Jason F. Bianchini, the owner of the property located at 2574 Ave. Au Soleil, Gulf Stream, Florida, which is legally described as Lot 31, Place Au Soleil Subdivision, for approval of the following: a. LEVEL 3 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit the construction of a one-story single-family dwelling with some Mediterranean features consisting of 3,889 square feet. 2. An application submitted by Mark Marsh, as Agent for Harry and Deborah Sargeant, owners of the property located at 1420 N. Ocean Blvd., Gulf Stream, Florida, which is legally described as Lot 11, 11A, & 12 in McLouth Subdivision, for approval of the following: a.
