Properties Subdivision.
a. Level 3 Architectural/Site Plan Review -To permit the
construction of a two-story single family Gulf Stream
Bermuda style dwelling, consisting of 5,530 square
feet and a swimming pool.
b. Demolition Permit -To permit the demolition of the
existing structure.
