ORDINANCE NO. 14q( ,-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN
THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS SALES TAX "D" AND "E" FUNDS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Capital Improvements
Sales Tax "D" Fund (Account 3502-9900-7350-1033 - Parks Capital Projects - East Branch
Greenway- McCarty to Elm) the net amount of $87,663 as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Capital Improvements
Sales Tax"E"Fund(Account 3503-9900-7350-1003-Parks Capital Projects - Frog Hollow Branch
Greenway from County Park to Covington Gardens) the net amount of $127,665 as outlined in
Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage an pproval.
