RESOLUTION NO. 14-8810
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA TO FREEZE ALL PAY
INCREASES TO NON-BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEES FOR
THE REMAINDER OF FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014; PROVIDING
FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of Opa-locka desires to freeze all pay increases to
non-bargaining unit employees for the remainder of the Fiscal Year 2013-2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka, Florida, authorizes and
directs the City Manager to institute a freeze on all pay increases to non-bargaining unit
employees for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2013-2014.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
