Home My Public Portal About107-1998 - 1998 Budget Amendment (Ord No 98-1997)ORDINANCE NO. 107-1998 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1998 BUDGET WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for calendar year 1998; and WHEREAS, Common Council has determined it is necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office; and WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 1998 budget be amended as follows: A. Parks and Recreation Fund – Parks and Recreation Department 1. Delete $30,000.00 from Regular Salaries Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-1-1196 2. Add $6,500.00 to Bridge and Road Repair Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-4-4417 3. Add $4,500.00 to Computer Equipment Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-4-4435 4. Add $2,000.00 to Tire and Tubes Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-2-2212 5. Add $5,000.00 to Chemicals Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-2-2241 6. Add $5,300.00 to Building Materials Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-2-2310 7. Add $1,700.00 to Electrical Supplies Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-2-2312 8.
