AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER 4
(ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES), SECTION 34 (APPLICATION), OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY BY REQUIRING THAT A SANITATION INSPECTION REPORT BE SUBMITTED
WITH AN APPLICATION FOR LIQUOR LICENSE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 4(Alcoholic Beverages), Section 4-34(Application), of the Code
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of the following
language pertaining to applications:
Sec.4-34.Application.
Before any license shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of this division,the applicant
therefor shall apply in writing to the finance department,giving the location of the place of business
including the specific areas inside or outside the building to which the license is to apply,the names
• of all parties interested in the business to be operated under such license, except in the case of a
corporation when the name of the president, secretary and manager only need be given. An
application for consumption on premises must be accompanied by a food inspection report
which has been completed by the Department of Community Develooment within 365 days of
the date of the application.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of passage and approval.
