RESOLUTION NO. 14-8817
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO APPROVE THE
TERMINATION OF JOSEPH S. GELLER AS CITY ATTORNEY
FOR THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Commission of the City of Opa-locka appointed Joseph
Geller, and the firm of Greenspoon Marder, PA as City Attorneys; and
WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to remove
Joseph S. Geller from the position of City Attorney and terminate his employment with
the City of Opa-locka
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka approves and authorizes
the termination of Joseph S. Geller as City Attorney for the City of Opa-locka.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
