SPECIAL EXCEPTION to permit the extension of an existing nonconforming wall that encroaches 4.8' into the required 15 foot west side building setback to construct a single car garage and connecting hallway to existing dwelling. b. LEVEL 3 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit construction of a single car garage and hallway connection to existing dwelling, and to install a gated driveway from the garage to connect to Tangerine Way. 2. An application submitted by William Wietsma as agent and contract purchaser for Marilyn & Ames Gardner, owners of the property located at 3232 Polo Drive, Gulf Stream, Florida, which is legally described as Lot 14 in Polo Cove Subdivision. a. LAND CLEARING REVIEW to permit clearing the area of construction. b. SPECIAL EXCEPTION to permit unenclosed covered porches that exceed the permitted FAR by 290.4 square feet.
