HomeMy Public PortalAbout1995-055Member Jim Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.95-55 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TAMARACK PINES WHEREAS, Thomas Supel and Mary Supel are the fee owners of property legally described as the North 10 acres of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, EXCEPT the Westerly 2 rods thereof, Section 14, Township 118, North Range 23, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, Thomas Lundell and Mary Lundell are the fee owners of property legally described as Lot 3, Block 2, Windance, according to the plat thereof in Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Supels and Lundells have proposed to plat their properties in a new plat; and WHEREAS, this matter has been granted preliminary approval; and WHEREAS, the city council has now reviewed the proposed final plat for its conformance with city ordinances and with the conditions of preliminary plat approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval is hereby granted to the proposed plat of Tamarack Pines, subject to the following conditions: 1. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted will be considered null and void; and 2. The Supels and Lundells must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application.
