The Town of Gulf Stream has received your original record request dated April 4, 2016. Your

The Town of Gulf Stream does not issue "permits" for construction. The Town contracts out with
the City of Delray Beach for that service. We do have some of the permits on file and can be found
in our building files. Please keep in mind that some properties have not received their "Certificate
of Occupancy" so, we do not have all the permits that the City of Delray Beach has issued or is in
the process of issuing at this time, however, we do have all the "applications" that have been
submitted this far. Seaside Builders have been the General Contractors on the following: 1275
North Ocean Blvd, 1230 North Ocean Blvd, 1224 North Ocean Blvd, 1228 North Ocean Blvd,
1226 North Ocean Blvd, 1222 North Ocean Blvd, 3424 North Ocean Blvd, 3410 North Ocean
Blvd, 3140 Polo, and 3180 Polo. The responsive records for your request can be found by going
to www.gulf-stream.org, click on "Find a Town Record", click on `Building Department', click
on "Land File", and then click on "Address." There you can pick the address you desire and
therefore, find the documents you are requesting.
