WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moab held
a public hearing at a special Council meeting on June 30, 1978 for
the purpose of adoption of the budget for the fiscal year July 1,
1978 to June 30, 1979; and
WHEREAS, upon explanation of the proposed budget by David J.
Bretzke, City Recorder and E.J. Claus, City Auditor, the Moab City
Council unanimously adopted the proposed budget as presented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the meeting
held June 30, 1978, be, and the same are hereby ordered to show the
adoption of the budget commencing July 1, 1978 and ending June 30,
1979, as presented to the Mayor and City Council.
Passed this 30th day of June, 1978.
