CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-62
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFERS
AND THE CLOSING OF CERTAIN FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the
City Clerk -Treasurer be hereby authorized to transfer the following funds:
• $25 from TIF Projects Fund to TIF Debt Service Fund
• $3,720.86 from Hamel Well No. 4 and $93,662.25 from T.H. 55 Sanitary Sewer to
TIF Projects Fund
• $2,311.57 from Medina Road Improvements to General Fund
• $9,435.62 from Clydesdale/Willow Dr. Improvements to General Fund
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following funds be closed at year end:
(1) 1985 Debt Service (Fund 301); (2) General TIF Debt Service (Fund 376); (3)
Hamel Well No. 4 (Fund 406); (4) TH 55 Sanitary Sewer (Fund 407); (5) Medina Road
Improvements (Fund 408); and (6) Clydesdale/Willow Dr. Improvements (Fund 410).

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Anne Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
John Ferris, Jim Johnson, Thies, Phil Zietlow and Mayor Theis.
and the following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
