Resolution No. 6-78
WHEREAS, THE Mayor and City Council of Moab by resolution adopted
a budget at their special meeting held June 30, 1978, for the fiscal year
commencing on July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1979; and
WHEREAS, based upon the best information available to the City Council
at this time, it appears that sufficient tax revenue from property can be
generated by a levy of 21.50 mills for the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the mill levy remain the same
as the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978; to be 21.50 mills for the General Fund.
Passed this 1st day of August, 1978.
