A RI~iOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCYEE ~VING SPECIFICATIONS AND
REQUF~T FOR PROPOSALS FOR A~ITION OF RADIO
NOW, TttEREFORE BE IT RFSiOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TRUCKEF, CAI IFORNIA, AS FOI ]',OWS:
1. That the Radio Communication Equipment, a copy of which is
attached hereto is hereby ratified and approved; and
2. That the Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to call for
public co~itive sealed proposals for the above named item and that the
proposals are to be opened in the Office of the Town Manager, 11570 Donner
Pass Ro_a_d,, Truckee, California, at 9:00 AM, on August 23, 1993, and the
Town Clerk is hereby directed to give notice inviting such sealed proposals in
the time, foim and manner provided by law; and
3. That hand carried proposals should be delivered to the Town of
Truckee, Town Manager, 11570 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, Califomia.
Vendors may mail bids at their own risk to the Town of Tmckee, Town
Manager, P. O. Box 2884, Truckee, CA 96160; and
4. That atter the proposals are opened, they shall be tabulated and
analyzed and a report and recommendation submitted to the Town Council at
its next regular meeting fbr award of a contract.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the
Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 5th day of August, 1993, by
Council Member Cross who moved its adoption, which motion being duly
seconded by Council Member Drake was upon roll call carried and the
Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Aguera, Botto, Cross, Drake
and Mayor Eagan
NOES: None
