CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 96-10
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS
FOR ROAD MAINTENANCE MATERIALS
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for
road maintenance materials and has presented such plans and specifications to the
City Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Such plans and specification, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
thereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the City's official
newspaper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under
such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published as
required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall state the bids will be
opened at 10:00 a.m. on April 2, 1996 and tabulated by the City Clerk and
considered thereafter by the City Council.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Jim Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
John Ferris, Johnson, Thies, Phil Zietlow, and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
