HomeMy Public PortalAbout1996-016r• Member Jim Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 96-16 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR THOMAS WELLHAUSEN FOR A LOT COMBINATION WHEREAS, Thomas Wellhausen (the "Applicant") is the fee owner of property located in Medina which is legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Walnut Estates; and WHEREAS, the Applicant intends to obtain title to two adjacent tax forfeit parcels legally described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 10, Independence Beach; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested that the three lots be combined into a single parcel; and WHEREAS, preliminary approval for the lot combination was granted by the city council on February 20, 1996. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval is hereby granted for the Applicant's lot combination, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Applicant must grant to the city the drainage and utility easements around the perimeter of the new lots required by the city engineer; and 2. The Applicant must pay the city for administrative expenses an amount determined by the staff to represent the actual cost to the city for reviewing the lot combination. Absent: Ann Thies. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 2
