CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 96-22
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the
City Clerk -Treasurer be hereby authorized to make the following fund transfers:
1. $82,000 from TIF Projects Fund to 1993 TIF Debt Service Fund
2. $696,693.72 from Environmental Cleanup Fund to Revolving Capital Fund
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Environmental Cleanup Fund be closed at
year end.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Jim Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Johnson, Ann Thies, Phil Zietlow, and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
