CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 96-24
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY LAYOUT NO. 2
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF T.H. 55 AT ARROWHEAD
DRIVE, HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9513
WHEREAS, Hennepin County Project No. 9513 provides for the reconstruction of T.H.
55 at Arrowhead Drive; and
WHEREAS, Layout No. 2, Hennepin County Project No. 9513, showing proposed
improvement to the intersection of T.H. 55 and Arrowhead Drive within the limits of the city,
has been prepared and presented to the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that said Layout No. 2 is in all things approved and that Hennepin County is hereby
authorized by the City of Medina to acquire all rights -of -way, permits and/or easements required
for said improvement in accordance with Layout No. 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that parking shall be banned throughout the project limits.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Phil
zietlnw
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Thies, Zietow, and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Absent: Johnson
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
