CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 96-25
RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota concurs with
Hennepin County's request to revoke the designation of that portion of County Road 201 (Hamel
Road) between County Road 19 and Parkview Drive, and to designate County State Aid Highway
115 from the intersection of County State Aid Highway 19 and Hamel Road, thence easterly
along Hamel Road to the intersection of Hamel Road and Pinto Drive, thence northerly along
Pinto Drive to the intersection of Pinto Drive and T.H. 55, all within the city of Medina.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Medina concurs with
Hennepin County's request to designate as County Road 118 (Arrowhead Road) from the
intersection with Hamel Road, thence northerly along Arrowhead Road to T.H. 55, and there
terminate, all within the city of Medina.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Phil
Zietlow and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Thies, Zietlow, and Mayor Anne Theis.
