RESOLUTION NO. 8-78
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council by resolution adopted a budget at
their Special Meeting held June 30, 1978, for the fiscal year commencing on
July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council has documented a line item appropriation
to the Public Safety Department for expenditure on liquor law enforcement programs
and projects for the prevention, detection and control of violations of liquor
laws and violation of Chapter 6, Title 16 (Utah Code) as it relates to storage
or consumption of liquor on premises maintained by social clubs, recreational
or athletic associations or kindred associations; and
WHEREAS, the City Auditor is instructed to maintain internal subsidiary
control records to identify expenditures applicable to the above noted programs
and projects; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation exceeds the following amounts:

General Fund 25% Matching Funds
Total Appropriations

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations and expenditures for
liquor law enforcement programs is as follows:
