CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.96-43
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO A PLAT FOR
JOHN DAY
WHEREAS, John Day (the "Applicant") has requested approval to replat the property
currently legally described as Lots 6, 7 and 8, Medina Industrial 2nd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has been granted preliminary approval for said replat; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has submitted the plat for final approval, which plat has been
reviewed for its compliance with the city's ordinances and the terms and conditions of preliminary
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final plat approval is granted to the Applicant, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
A. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount determined by
the city to represent its actual cost for reviewing this plat; and
2. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date hereof.
After such period of time, the approval hereby given shall be null and void and of no
further force and effect.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Zietlow and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ferris, Johnson, Thies, and
Zietlow.
and the following voted against same: None
Absent: Mayor Theis
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
